The Senior Associate Director develops and implements a vision and strategy to ensure that Princeton graduate students have the opportunity to explore career options, develop career decision-making skills, and successfully position themselves for jobs within and beyond academe. The Sr. AD guides graduate students in defining their own unique career plan, and leads and implements the design, delivery and evaluation of programs that support the acquisition of professional skills and knowledge. This role partners closely with the Graduate School to provide a breadth and depth of services and resources for graduate students, and also serves on the senior leadership team in the Center for Career Development.
