Due to campus expansion, Princeton University’s Office of Capital Projects (OCP), seeks an experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic staff.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for the successful transition from design to construction in delivering the University’s capital projects in the $1M to $500M range. The Construction Manager’s core strengths will be rooted in a depth of experience in the construction delivery process, project controls and the ability to predict, communicate and manage the impacts of project risks. This position requires a proven ability to establish and execute the necessary controls, processes and culture that meet the project delivery requirements regarding budget, schedule, and quality. In simple terms, this position must bridge the gap between design and construction, while acting as a well-informed advocate and liaison for campus students, faculty, staff, and affairs.
In the project design phase, the Construction Manager will be a contributing member of the University team by partnering with a Project Manager, the Universities Architects Office, the end user clients, and a diverse team of project stakeholders.
