Reporting to the Center Manager, the Program Coordinator (PC) provides professional support and administrative assistance to a varied portfolio of McGraw Center programs and their staff. The PC is a critical member of a team working to develop innovative and creative programming, strategic collaborations, and campus-wide outreach to enhance the educational mission of the University. The key functions of this position include providing general reception for the Center, coordination of communications for Center programs and events; assistance with program/event planning, coordination, and implementation; and fulfillment of additional program-specific administrative and operational needs. On occasion the PC provides back-up office management assistance to the Senior Program Coordinator.
