The Associate Director, Athletics for Strategic Engagement will drive the creation of and oversee a broad strategy that promotes Princeton Athletics and its various programs utilizing a multi-faceted approach, including grassroots marketing, relationship building, advertising and engagement initiatives, sales planning, and fan experience while working closely with the department's Athletics External Leadership Team to serve the greater Athletics Department. The Associate Director of Athletics for Strategic Engagement will also assist in the strategy and fulfillment of the department’s branding initiatives, including oversight of the graphic identity and style guide. The Associate Director of Athletics will also supervise four staff members and several hourly staff members.
