The Office of the Dean of the Graduate School is seeking two temporary candidates to assist the Associate Deans for Academic Affairs with the seasonal review of academic materials related to graduate admission. One candidate will be assigned to materials related to the humanities and social sciences divisions, and one candidate will be assigned to materials related to the natural sciences and engineering divisions.
Most work is expected to be conducted remotely but candidates must be available for occasional onsite commitments and meetings.
Mandatory (paid) training is required for approximately 10 hours during the month of December 2025. The projected time commitment from early January through early March is 30 hours per week.

Final candidates will be required to complete a background check.
General responsibilities include reviewing transcripts and other materials in preparation for evaluation by the Associate Deans for Academic Affairs. The work is time sensitive and requires reviewing a high volume of materials in a timely manner.
