The Art Museum seeks a Technology Fellow to serve a two-year term position in support of the Manager of Technology and Information Systems. The Technology Associate assists in the day-to-day management of the technology needs of the Art Museum, which is a highly collaborative and diverse organization.
The Technology Associate must be comfortable in learning and applying the skills necessary to provide hands-on direct technical support using available means, following assigned incidents through to completion, and maintaining a solution-based approach in the face of hard deadlines.
The successful candidate will, during the term of the position, have developed and demonstrated the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of constituencies, have a problem-solving mindset, appropriately balance multiple competing priorities, and perform the following duties under the direction of the Art Museum Manager of Technology and Information Systems.
This is a full-time, in-person position following a Monday—Friday/9 AM-5 PM schedule, with some after-hours and weekend responsibilities as required. This is a 2-year term position.

The Technology Fellow role will focus primarily on Device & Business Application Support and, as needed, assist in IT/AV support for Museum initiatives and events.
