Princeton University’s Office of Information Technology is seeking a Lead Network Automation Engineer to join its Networking and Monitoring Services group. The lead network automation engineer provides leadership over planning, designing and developing automation solutions for network services to the University community. This position develops and designs device models, service models and reusable software libraries covering networking concepts including switching, routing, security, deep packet inspection, load balancing, SDN, NFV, network overlays. As a member of the Networking and Monitoring Services group, the automation engineer is also responsible for managing and monitoring the network infrastructure, analyzing and resolving network problems, and continually improving the network and system infrastructure.
