The Box Office Assistant works with the University Ticketing team to provide student staff support and supervision, while overseeing ticketed events at Princeton University.
The Assistant handles tasks including supervising students, selling tickets, providing line management, handling nightly deposit, and communicating with house management staff.
The Box Office Assistant must be able to perform his/her duties with a high level of customer service. The Assistant must interact effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside the University, possessing good judgment and discretion.
This position will work on an as needed basis for up to 10 hours per week, and may include night and weekend hours. The position will be filled as soon as possible.
The Box Office Assistant reports to the Systems and Support Manager of University Ticketing.
