The Assistant Manager, External Relations position will support the overall functions of the External Relations team within the Department of Athletics, with a primary emphasis on the Princeton Varsity Club (PVC). Within the PVC, the Assistant Manager will have primary responsibilities that will include oversight of the day to-day operations and execution of PVC service programming, execution of more than 30 PVC annual events (both on campus and off-campus), support of PVC annual fundraising efforts (including member solicitation and stewardship) and the creation and implementation of PVC communications (social media, event collateral, printed and electronic newsletters and oversight and daily maintenance of the PVC website). Beyond the PVC responsibilities, the Assistant Manager will also support game-day marketing efforts for select ticketed sports home games.
