Princeton University is seeking a self-motivated, knowledgeable, energetic, and flexible professional to serve as a nurse aide on the overnight care unit. The Infirmary is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during the academic year from September to June (closed during the summer), providing after-hours nursing care to students. The Infirmary follows written protocols and has 24 hour physician and counselor support.
This position is a part-time benefits eligible nurse aide position. The shifts are overnight shifts, 2-3 days a week (Thursday-Saturday).

The Nurse Aide provides support by assisting with patient care, housekeeping, clerical, food service, and other duties as assigned. The duties listed are not all inclusive of the position. The Nurse’s Aide functions under the supervision of the registered nurse, and may perform other tasks not listed at the discretion of the registered nurse.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Care (50%)
Cleans and stores equipment
Other tasks as delegated by the Nurse on duty
Administrative Support (20%)
Brings discharge papers and after-hours papers to clinic area daily at noon
Other data entry as designated.
Performs other duties as assigned
