The Part-time Communications Assistant-Graphic Design and Poster Distribution will join the team of the Lewis Center for the Arts’ Office of Communications during the academic year (August 2018-May 2019) to provide promotional support for the courses and events presented by the Center's Programs in Creative Writing, Dance, Music Theater, Theater, Visual Arts, including Film and Video, and the Princeton Atelier.
The Communications Assistant is responsible for: 1) assisting with design of posters, flyers, print ads, playbills and programs, and other collateral material, and 2) assisting with managing and expanding the Lewis Center's visibility on campus and in downtown Princeton through the timely distribution of posters and flyers.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, flexible individual in a fast-paced, high volume environment requiring planning, prioritizing, and a positive attitude. Work schedule both offers and requires flexibility. Maximum 20 hours per week, ideally spread over 4 days.
