The Senior Associate Director of Employer Engagement position exists to manage Career Services’ relationships with employers seeking to hire Princeton students, and to promote Princeton as a source of talented job and internship applicants. This person oversees all campus recruiting activities and strategically builds the number and quality of job and internship opportunities available to Princeton students in a wide range of fields. Reporting to the Director of Career Services, and serving as a key member of the career services senior leadership team, the person in this role must be an innovative leader providing strategic direction and management of all employer outreach efforts. The person in this role is responsible for developing and operationalizing a cohesive strategy to significantly expand employer relationships and provide an increasingly diverse array of meaningful connections for students with employers. This individual will lead a team of dedicated employer relations professionals.
